When you reach out, I'll ask about your equipment — what machines you run, what CAM software, what controls, and what's causing pain. This helps me understand quickly whether my services are a fit.
If I can help, I'll send a clear scope and quote — usually within a day or two. If your situation isn't something I can solve, I'll say so directly.
